Sandra has close to twenty years’ experience working with teenage girls and young women in the areas of anxiety, body image, depression, grief and loss, sexuality and gender.
She has a demonstrated history of working in the education and professional development industry and is skilled in crisis intervention, psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and interventions.
Sandra is also an accomplished and experienced public speaker and emcee in the area of Psychology.
