Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to give valuable appointment times to other clients. Please be aware that a $100 cancellation fee is payable over the phone at the time of cancellation when less than 24 hours’ notice is given. Full payment of the session fee is required for any missed appointments.

We trust you understand that this policy is in place to reduce disruptions to the psychologists’ diaries and the loss of psychologists’ time in planning and preparing for client sessions. Furthermore, we wish to play our part in protecting the broader mental health system to ensure that other clients do not miss out on the opportunity to access therapy.

Clients are informed of this policy at the time of booking and will receive an appointment reminder text message 24 hours prior to their appointment.

This policy is effective as of 1st October 2022.
