Taking the first step into therapy can often feel daunting and I understand that reaching out for support requires courage. I commend you for considering therapy as a pathway toward healing and growth.

I’m Elizabeth, a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology and experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

In therapy, my priority is to ensure that you feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe in fostering a warm and empathic therapeutic relationship, where you can feel comfortable being yourself and expressing your concerns openly. Together, we will collaborate on a journey towards meaningful change and personal transformation.

My therapeutic approach draws from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema-informed therapy. I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and preferences, empowering you to develop effective coping strategies and achieve your therapeutic goals.

I have experience working with children and their families, and I am deeply passionate about supporting adults in enhancing their self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-esteem. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or life transitions, I am here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.

My interest areas include:

  • Anxiety and stress management
  • Trichotillomania
  • Depression
  • Self-esteem and self-compassion
  • Work stress
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Parenting
  • Perinatal mental health
  • Men’s mental health

Outside of my practice, you can find me enjoying nature, spending time with loved ones, and embracing the beauty of our surroundings. I am proud to be a part of Well Inspired Psychology, and I look forward to the opportunity to accompany you on your journey toward greater well-being.

I invite you to take the next step toward positive change and reach out to schedule an appointment. Together, we can embark on a journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life. I consult four days per week, Monday through to Thursday and I’m currently taking bookings!
