Fees range from $150.00 to $220.00 (including GST) for a standard 50-minute consultation, depending on the clinician, which is lower than the private practice fee recommended by the Australian Psychological Society.
Rebates may apply and cover part of the fee, so there will be an out-of-pocket expense for all appointments. Payment of the full fee is required on the day, with any rebate being applied thereafter. Our friendly administration team will be happy to process that for you.
- Provisional Psychologist fee – $150.00
- General Psychologist fee – $190-200.00*
- Clinical Psychologist fee – $200-220.00*
- Cognitive Assessments – $1,300* (A 50% deposit is required prior to the initial parent sessions, and the balance is due prior to receipt of feedback and report.
*Fees subject to annual review in line with Medicare rebate changes.
- Payment Options: Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS and HICAPS
- Fees may be negotiated for healthcare cardholders.
- If you are covered by private health insurance you may be eligible to claim your appointment fees, please check with your provider to determine your level of cover.
