What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

The Employment Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional, confidential counselling service for employees and their family members. The EAP is free of charge to you and your family.

What kind of assistance does your EAP Provide?

The EAP will assist with strategies to manage symptoms or concerns in a step by step, solution focused manner. Counselling can help you to:

  • Clarify a problem,
  • Identify options, and
  • Develop strategies to approach
    difficult issues in a constructive
    manner

How do I access the EAP?

Appointments can be made by phoning (03) 5229 9055 to make a suitable time. Evening appointments are available. All counselling is strictly confidential and Well Inspired Psychology does not feed back any information to your employer. As Psychologists, we adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.

We may suggest ongoing counselling where necessary and are able to make appointment referrals.
