We kindly request two business days’ notice for the cancellation of your scheduled appointment.
If you are unable to attend the clinic and it is within the two business day time frame, we will offer you a Telehealth appointment at the scheduled time. Should Telehealth be unsuitable, a 50% cancellation fee (not claimable via Medicare) will be applied. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a resource bundle prepared by your clinician for the same 50% fee.
Late cancellation of a session funded by an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) may result in the loss of that session. Clients who do not show for their appointment without notifying the clinic will be charged the full cost of the session.
