Nicole (she/her) is a registered psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and young people as they navigate key life transitions, such as starting high school or moving into adulthood. Nicole understands the evolving expectations placed on teens and works collaboratively to help them develop the skills, confidence, and insight to thrive.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based and neuroaffirming practices, drawing on modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), play therapy, interpersonal therapy, and narrative therapy. Nicole is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all clients, with a particular interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ youth and individuals with ADHD and autism.
