Master of Psychology (Clinical)
Chelsea is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working in the public sector, private psychiatric hospital settings and private practice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, music, gardening and reading.
Chelsea is passionate and excited about personal growth and is continually amazed by the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity. She holds a nurturing therapeutic space, built on her values of respect, equality, acceptance, compassion, honesty and trust.
Chelsea takes a holistic clinical approach to empower her clients to live a meaningful and contented life. She uses the following evidence-based treatment approaches:

- Schema Therapy
- Mindfulness
- Interpersonal Therapy
Chelsea works with people aged 16 and over. She works with people needing help with:
- Anxiety issues and disorders
- Stress management
- Obsessive-compulsive issues and disorders
- Mood issues (i.e. depression) and disorders
- Individuals living with disability who have an NDIS plan
- Identity, shame and self-esteem issues
- Life changes
- Skill development in regulating emotions and tolerating distress
At present, Chelsea does not take referrals for complex and chronic mental health issues, trauma or eating disorders.
