fees & rebates

Our consultation fees range between $130 and $250* for a standard 50 minute consultation depending on the clinician’s qualifications and experience. *Rebates are likely to apply, but not always. Please call our friendly administration team on (03) 5229 9055 to enquire.

As we are a private practice, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot bulk bill and require payment at the time of consultation. For our assessment fee structure, please call our friendly administration team on (03) 5229 9055.

Fees are reviewed annually, however we remain dedicated to ensuring our fees are competitive and lower than the private practice fee recommended by the Australian Psychological Society.

• Payment Options: Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS and HICAPS and Stripe.
• Fees may be negotiated for healthcare cardholders.
• If you are covered by private health insurance you may be eligible to claim your appointment fees, please check with your provider to determine your level of cover.
• Selected services are also covered by Medicare, to see if you’re eligible for a rebate, visit the Australian Psychological Society website.
• We trust you understand that we can only accept NDIS clients who are self-managed or plan-managed.
